Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the warehouse location:

• Local / Domestic Warehouses (e.g., US to US): 3–7 business days
• International Warehouses: 7–15 business days You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched to monitor its status in real-time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can easily monitor your delivery status at any time by entering your tracking number on our Track Order page or viewing your My Account order details.

We charge a flat standard shipping fee of $4.95. However, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50!

For the majority of orders shipped to major global destinations (US, CA, UK, AU, etc.), no extra customs fees are applied. However, any unexpected local taxes or import duties set by your country’s regulations remain the buyer’s responsibility.

If your tracking status has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@blackct.com. We will immediately investigate with the logistics carrier and issue a free replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

We accept PayPal as well as all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase—simply select the credit card option at checkout.

Once your order is completed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order details and order number. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@blackct.com.

Because we process orders rapidly through our automated system, you have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations. Please email us at support@blackct.com immediately. Once an order enters processing or shipment, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery.

Absolutely. All transactions on blackcart are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology and processed through PayPal’s military-grade security infrastructure. We never store or have access to your sensitive financial data on our servers.

All transactions on blackcart are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your bank or credit card account is in another currency, your financial institution will automatically convert the amount based on their current exchange rate.

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@blackct.com to initiate your return request.

For returns due to a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you do not need to ship it back. Simply email photos of the damaged item to support@blackct.com, and we will send you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge.

Once your refund request is approved, the payment will be issued immediately back to your original payment method. For PayPal transactions, the refund is usually reflected within 24 hours. For credit/debit cards, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer.

Yes. To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns or grant refunds for items that show clear signs of use, items damaged due to customer misuse, or requests submitted after the 30-day return window.
